1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging SolidFlow’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
SolidFlow provides payment audits, webhook reliability fixes, backend-only payment integrations, reconciliation logic, and payment advisory services. We are not a payment processor or financial institution.
3. Scope of Engagement
Each engagement is defined by a written agreement, proposal, or email confirmation. Work outside the agreed scope requires explicit approval.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, lawful system access, and timely responses. SolidFlow is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers or changes made after delivery.
5. Fees & Payments
Fees are fixed or quoted per engagement. Payments are due as agreed. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Intellectual Property
Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain the property of SolidFlow. Custom code becomes the client’s property upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private except where disclosure is legally required or already public.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolidFlow’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. No Financial or Legal Advice
SolidFlow provides technical services only and does not provide financial, legal, or regulatory advice.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SolidFlow operates.
