What you are buying

These terms govern solidflow.co. By using the site you agree to them. By paying, you agree to the paid parts as well. If you do not agree, do not upload a photo and do not check out.

The operator of the service is SolidFlow. Questions: hello@solidflow.co. Privacy is described separately in the Privacy policy.

You may upload a photo, see the measurements, and adjust the crop without an account and without paying. The check can be wrong if the landmarks are off, the photo is poor, or the published spec has changed since we last reviewed it. Treat it as a measurement tool, then look at the official source before you submit.

A one-time payment buys the artefacts listed at checkout, currently $12 for the portal-ready file and specification report, or $17 if you add the 4×6 print sheet. There is no subscription and no stored balance.

After payment you get a private download link, also emailed to the address collected at checkout. Files remain available for 30 days from payment, then are deleted. If you lose the page, use Recover download with that same email.

The specification report records what was measured, against which rule version, with a hash of the delivered file. It is not a government document and it is not a certificate of acceptance.

We verify properties of a file: dimensions, byte size, colour space, background, head height, eye line, and similar rules we can measure. A consular officer, portal, or embassy can still reject a photograph for appearance, likeness, expression, glasses, recency, or policy. Nobody can sell you that decision in advance. We do not guarantee a visa, an appointment, or an upload that a government system will accept tomorrow.

Official requirements change without notice. The report cites the source we used and the date we reviewed it. Check that source before you submit.

You must have the right to upload the photograph. If it is of a child, a parent or guardian must do so. You grant us a limited licence to process the image solely to provide the check, the paid files, and support — not to use it in marketing or to train identification models.

Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, probe or overload the service, reverse-engineer it for abuse, or use it to produce photographs for identity fraud. We may refuse or delete a job that looks like abuse.

An account is optional. Guest checkout is the normal path. If you create an account you are responsible for the inbox you use to sign in. We may close an account that is used to abuse the service.

Payment is processed by Dodo Payments. Prices are in US dollars and include what is shown at checkout. Taxes may be added by Dodo where required.

The files are delivered immediately, so payments are generally final. Email hello@solidflow.co if checkout succeeded but the files are missing, unreadable, or do not match the measurements on your specification report. We will replace them or refund that order.

We do not refund because a consular officer or portal later rejected the photograph for a reason we do not measure, or because you changed your mind after downloading.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, SolidFlow is not liable for visa refusals, missed appointments, government system decisions, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a paid order is the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where that limit is forbidden.

We may change the product, the prices, or these terms. The version on this page applies to new use and new purchases from the date it is updated. Consumer protections in your country apply where they cannot be waived.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the agreement for the service, together with the Privacy policy.
